Atlanta Capital operates as an independent subsidiary of Eaton Vance Corp., a Boston-based investment management company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Nineteen Atlanta Capital employees retain approximately an 18% equity interest in the firm. In November 2008, Eaton Vance and Atlanta Capital established a long-term incentive plan that enables our employees to expand their ownership interest in future years.
